Jilibay VIP levels sit inside Member Center, and they decide which promotion cards you are even allowed to open. Scroll the lobby’s promotion carousel and some cards carry a plain eligibility line — “Level 2+” on one, “VIP Lvl 5+” on another — sitting next to the deposit, credit and turnover fields. Your level is not a balance and it is not a reward; it is a gate that either lets you tap Apply or does not. Promotions are applied for through Member Center → Promotion List, using Apply to join one and Exit to leave it, and most cards state they cannot be combined. Where Your Level Lives: the Member Tab

Nothing about your level shows up until you go looking for it, and the lobby keeps it in one place.

1. Log in from a phone or desktop browser and tap Member in the bottom bar.
2. Open Member Center and find the level or tier indicator there.
3. Note the number, then reopen the promotion carousel and compare it against the “Level” or “VIP Lvl” line on the card you want.
4. Only tap Apply once the two line up — a mismatch is why an Apply attempt can go nowhere.

What a Level Typically Changes

A level’s real job is access, not amount. Clearing a level is what turns a “VIP Lvl 5+” card from something you can only look at into something you can apply for, and nothing else on the card changes because of it. The game type field can also shift what a promotion covers between tiers, since one card might count only JILI titles while another names a wider set of studios. None of that touches the deposit, credit or cap printed on the card itself — those stay fixed to the promotion, not to you.

Why a Level Is Not Money

Clearing a level only opens the door; the promotion behind it still runs on its own turnover multiple before any of its credit becomes cash you can move out. As an example, a 10x turnover written next to a promotion’s credit field means 500 pesos of that credit takes 5,000 pesos of qualifying bets before that portion can leave the balance as a withdrawal. That arithmetic is illustrative, not a real Jilibay figure, but it is the same logic behind every card on the carousel.

It is also the same logic that can hold up a Jilibay withdrawal request if the turnover on an applied promotion is still unmet. Work through the rollover requirement pillar before applying for anything, so the number you are agreeing to is one you calculated yourself rather than one you guessed at.

Applying for a Level-Gated Promotion

Problem: A card reads “VIP Lvl 5+” but the Member tab still shows a lower tier, so tapping Apply either does nothing or gets rejected on review.

Fix: Check the level line against your own Member Center number before you apply, and if you are already inside another promotion, use Exit on the Promotion List first — most cards will not stack, and applying for a second one on top of an active one is a common reason an application is refused rather than simply slow. If you still need help, start from Member Center rather than a second Jilibay register attempt, which will not carry over any level you have already reached.
